In addition, our engineers are able to access your network and equipment via a secure connection and fix many issues without making a service call. Our web-based help desk system allows customers to submit requests for service or report problems at any time of the day or night. This system tracks requests and helps our engineers respond in a timely manner as well as maintain a history of past issues and resolutions.
Pricing Plans At PiStar, we make our pricing easy as well. With two plans to choose from, you decide what works best for your situation. Some customers prefer to pay as they go, so we offer aordable hourly rates. For those customers that prefer a set monthly budget, we offer managed support agreements where PiStar will analyze your needs and develop a proposal for the required equipment and services. The costs of this proposal can be amortized over a multi-year agreement and paid in monthly installments.
